5. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped to Switzerland are generally delivered within 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. For other destinations, delivery times can range from 48 hours to 10 business days .

6. Right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
